BankPacific Launches Redesigned Website to Deliver a Faster, More Intuitive Customer Experience

GUAM — BankPacific has launched a fully redesigned website that delivers a more modern, intuitive and accessible digital experience for customers throughout Guam and the Western Pacific.
Developed in partnership with Klara Marketing, the new website was designed around one primary goal: helping customers find the information and banking services they need as quickly and easily as possible.

Since opening on July 7, 1954, BankPacific has served generations of families, businesses and communities across the region. The redesigned website honors that history while responding to what customers now expect from a digital banking experience: clarity, convenience, security and ease of use.

The project included a comprehensive review of the website’s navigation, content, visual design and overall user experience. Pages were reorganized, banking terminology was simplified and clearer pathways were created to help customers access frequently used services.
Key features of the redesigned website include:
Simplified Mega Menu Navigation - customers can view the website’s main sections from a single menu, making it easier to locate accounts, services, resources and information without navigating through multiple layers of pages.
Custom ATM Locator - a dedicated ATM button connects customers to an integrated, BankPacific-branded map powered by Mapbox, allowing users to quickly locate nearby ATMs.
Customer-Focused Homepage - frequently requested information and services, including BankPacific’s routing number, website search and online banking enrollment, are prominently displayed near the top of the homepage.
Expanded “Our Roots” Section - customers can explore BankPacific’s history through an animated milestone timeline, learn more about the bank’s leadership and access the latest company news.
Improved Website Footer - the redesigned footer provides direct access to important pages, disclosures, contact information and mobile banking app downloads.
Clearer, More Accessible Language - banking terminology was reviewed and simplified throughout the website to help customers better understand their options and determine what steps to take next.
All photography and visual assets used throughout the website were curated or produced by Klara Marketing. Media files were optimized in-house to support faster loading speeds while maintaining visual quality. Motion and animation were also used selectively to guide attention and improve the browsing experience without distracting from essential information.

A custom wave element incorporated into the homepage gives the website a distinct visual identity inspired by BankPacific’s island roots.
